How to revive on those Lazy Daisy Days
You know, those days when you get to work and you’re just soo out of it and you’re not motivated to do anything constructive. And the weekend seems like centuries away because every time you look at the clock only a minute has passed. Those are lazy daisy days!
Why do you have these LDD’s? - Late work night activities like parties, studying, chatting to friends and watching movies are some of its causes. These are individual faults/habits that you intentionally choose to keep. Of course, sometimes there are other reasons such as depression and other medical ills that may cause this LDD syndrome at work.
Many people drink coffee or other beverages incessantly during the day to keep afloat. Others simply listen to the most energizing and hype music they can find.
You’re using all the tricks to avoid breakdown, then lunch time comes and you realize there’s still another work shift. After eating the situation worsens and you’re more useless and sleepy than before. The feeling is often overwhelming.
So how do you fight it? For those who have a medical condition, we suggest you consult a doctor for medication that will reduce or get rid of the lazy feeling. But for those individual faults explained earlier you can cut the late habit and set a curfew for yourself.
For late night work that cannot be postponed such as studying for an exam the next day there’s a round the clock cure to consider. Instead of having multiple cups of coffee have a serving of energy drink. Most energy drinks have caffeine, taurine and B vitamins.
